• Incidents arising from guest misconduct or failure to follow house rules

Media & Marketing

Photography and video recording may occur on the premises for promotional purposes. By entering, guests consent to potential use of such media. Guests who prefer not to appear may notify management.

Alcohol/Hookah Compliance

• Alcohol and hookah services are provided in compliance with Texas state laws.
• Service may be refused to guests who appear intoxicated or fail to meet legal requirements.

Governing Law

These policies shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
